Summer Camp 2004The Sayokan 2004 Summer Camp was held  in Iskenderun (Hatay) Arsuz seaside town of Turkey between 16 - 19 September.

As in most  Sayokan seminars, it was multinational and enjoyed by every participant.

Cross breathing techniques, Tola and Alplik program B weapon's training for one-to-one and one-to-many were amongs the seminar subjects.

Summer Camp 2006A beautiful sea, sand, sun shine, delicious food, comfortable residence and rooms, friends from all over the world and training. All these put together with an admired respectful ambiance and you have Sayokan Summer Camp summed up in a short sentence.

Participants were made up of a truely international people from USA, UK, Ireland, Germany, Iran, Syria and Turkiye. There were also people from Nigeria, Pakistan, Egypt, Lubanon who couldn't make it due to visa time restrictions and other reasons.

The program had early morning sea side jog, warm up and gentle stretching ended up with a short swim in the sea (a salty Mediterranean sea but lovely to swim in). A short break to clean and tidy up then followed by traditional Turkish breakfast. A break to digest and socialize followed until the mid day training.
