The aim of this Seminar and gathering was to share knowledge for 2009, bring together Aybars and Tuyuns to refresh technical standards as well as welcome the new people who joined Sayokan.

It took place on 22-23 November 2008 in Safranbolu, Karabuk, Turkey. All interested none Sayokan martial artists and organizations was also welcome to join this event.
