Sayokan World Federation has various organs which as a whole contribute to the organizations success. These are as follows;
Board Of Directors:
It consists of nine (9) major members and five (5) reserve members. Its service duration is three (3) years. Duties are listed below. It is the driving force of SWF.
1. To put into practice the main regulation, accomplishing other relevant activities in accordance with the objectives of General Assembly,
2. To prepare and execute working program, budget regulation and profit-expense table,
3. To prepare activity report, budget sheet and profit-expense table of previous term,
4. To analyze and decide the applications about new federations, member’s bravery schools,
5. Depending upon the President’s advice, to decide the dismissal or penalty of the members that lose properties,
6. To arrange the agenda, location and date of General Assembly,
7. To appoint other committees and their officials, that co-work with the Board of Directors through their goals,
8. To hire and fire the managerial and financial personnel,
9. To take the authorization in order to prepare or charge the main regulations or draft law,
10. To announce the General Assembly decisions to the members,
11. To take the duty and balance sheet over from the previous Board of Directors,
12. To decide the amount of annual membership fee, SAN diploma and exam payments, price of passports and visas of Alps, the prize of first three (3) champion Alps in Sayokan World Championship, referees traveling expenses,
13. To open a bank account in behalf of federation, to draw or invest money to the relevant bank account,
14. To decide sponsorship treaties and cooperation,
15. To hire salaried or contractual personnel if necessary,
16. To establish other committees, to organize regulations in order to improve the efficiency of Sayokan services, contests, Aybar’s and referee’s studies.
17. To prepare and put into force Sayokan Bravery Games, Aybar, Sponsorship, Referee, Yabgu, Country Representatives, San regulations and instructions.
18. To decide to open representatives in the foreign countries and assigns representatives, to give authorization documents. To inform the related country in written way and send the one copy of authorization document.
Organizing Committee:
There are 3 members in SWF's seating. They prepare annual activities in every year. And they inform annual activity program to SWF 's President and vice-president. General secretary inform all member national federations or Associations or clubs, after President and vice-president's approval. Each country's Sayokan federation or association secretary is a member of organizing committee. Each member federations or associations or clubs may request for activity in self country. Date of application : 01 - 31 October. This committee come together in every year first week of November.
Disciplinary Committee:
There are 5 members in disciplinary committee. Criminal decisions are appreciated by this committee. Criminal subjects are discussed by President, vice-president, one member from organizing committee, one member from disciplinary committee, one member from referee committee, one member and from technical committee. Visual documentaries and defense reports are examined by this committee in decision meeting. This committee come together in every year first week of November. This committee works neutral.
Referee Committee:
There are 5 members in referee committee. Referees of SWF are appointed by this committee for competitions. Only international referees can manage international competition. Each member country organizes referee courses and seminar in self country. And President of National federations or Associations proposes to SWF for international refereeing. And he/she participates refereeing courses/examination of WSGF. Winner referees become 'Candidate Referee (B Category)' They can manage only light weight ( Gencalp Category ). They may become 'A category referee' after one year according to observer report and decision of referee committee. And they can manage Heavy weight category (Baturalp) and Middle weight (Konuralp) matcs.
Technical Committee:
There are 5 members in technical committee. This committee supply technical developments and modifications for Sayokan people in the world. Black belts of All member federations or Associations or clubs must take Dan certificate of WSF. Member federations or associations or clubs send to SWF self black belts lists after examination. Technical Committee may send Master ( Taygun) / Grand Master ( Tanyu ) for request of country.
Medical Committee:
There are 5 members in medical committee. Sayokan's trainers and referees are educated by this committee about sportsman's health and wounds.
Public Relations:
Assistance of General secretary executes Mission of Public Relations. You can ask all your questions to this committee.
