Summer Camp 2004

The Sayokan 2004 Summer Camp was held  in Iskenderun (Hatay) Arsuz seaside town of Turkey between 16 – 19 September. As in most  Sayokan seminars, it was multinational and enjoyed by every participant. Cross breathing techniques, Tola and Alplik program B weapon’s training for one-to-one and one-to-many were amongs the seminar subjects.
